Beaver Concepts Construction LTD (“we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about your data through the contact page.

When you use the quote form or contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, where you are based, and information about your project such as project type, county, size, budget band and timeline.

When you message us on WhatsApp or call, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

If analytics is enabled, we also collect anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, using Google Analytics.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, and manage any project we undertake for you. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We rely on your consent for enquiries you submit and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site for analytics.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, customer relationship management and email or messaging tools, and analytics. They may process data only on our instructions. Some of these providers are located outside Kenya; where that is the case we take steps to ensure your data remains protected. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and any period the law requires us to retain records. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.

Staff sign-in uses an essential session cookie that expires after eight hours. Signing out ends that session. Public pages do not require staff sign-in. Analytics cookies are used when analytics is enabled; you can manage cookies in your browser settings.

If you attach plans to a fee quotation request, we store them privately and use them to review your requirements and prepare the agreed costing. Only authorised staff can download them. Uploading plans does not commit you to payment. Contact us if you want an attachment removed.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
