A contemporary home in Kamakis
The design for this Kamakis residence is complete and construction is in progress. The ground-floor area is 120 m². The design features a white and charcoal façade, stone accents and tall glazing that brings a strong vertical line to the front elevation.
The design
The home is arranged over three levels, with a stepped upper floor opening onto a roof terrace. Glass balustrades keep the terrace visually open, while a pergola frames the outdoor seating area. A side balcony, covered carport and planted frontage complete the exterior.
